Einführung
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Emerson 1F89-0211 Non-Programmable Thermostat. This thermostat is designed for use with heat pump systems (2 Heat / 1 Cool) and is compatible with Oil/gas/electric and millivolt applications. Its simple design offers reliable temperature control without complex programming.

Installation
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
- Strom ausschalten to the heating/cooling system at the main fuse or circuit breaker panel before installation.
- This thermostat operates on 24 VAC or Millivolt systems. Ensure compatibility with your HVAC system.

Montageort

Verdrahtungsanweisungen

- Label the wires connected to your old thermostat with the corresponding terminal letters before disconnecting them.

Betrieb
The Emerson 1F89-0211 thermostat features a simple interface for controlling your home's temperature.
Systemschalter
The system switch allows you to select the operating mode for your HVAC system.
- KÜHL: Aktiviert das Kühlsystem.
- AUS: Schaltet sowohl die Heizungs- als auch die Kühlanlage ab.
- HITZE: Aktiviert das Heizsystem.
Lüfterschalter
The fan switch controls the operation of your system's fan.
- AUF: Der Ventilator läuft ununterbrochen, unabhängig davon, ob die Heizung oder die Klimaanlage in Betrieb ist.
- WAGEN: Der Ventilator läuft nur, wenn die Heizungs- oder Kühlanlage aktiv ist.
Temperatureinstellung
Verwenden Sie die Up (▲) und Runter (▼) arrow buttons on the right side of the thermostat to adjust the desired temperature setting. The current temperature and set temperature will be displayed on the 2-inch LCD screen.
Wartung
Batteriewechsel
The thermostat is dual-powered (hardwired or battery powered). If using batteries, replace the two AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
- Ziehen Sie das Thermostatgehäuse vorsichtig von der Wandplatte ab.
- Entfernen Sie die alten AA-Batterien.
- Legen Sie zwei neue AA-Alkalibatterien ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/-).
