4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1. Erster Start

After assembling all components and connecting power, press the power button on your computer case. The system should power on, and you should see a display on your monitor. If not, refer to the Troubleshooting section.

4.2. BIOS/UEFI-Einrichtung

To access the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) setup utility, press the DEL key during the Power-On Self-Test (POST) process. The BIOS allows you to configure system settings such as boot order, date/time, and hardware parameters.

4.3. Treiberinstallation

After installing your operating system, install the necessary drivers for the motherboard components. These typically include chipset drivers, LAN drivers, audio drivers, and integrated graphics drivers (if using the CPU's integrated graphics). Drivers are usually provided on a support CD or can be downloaded from the ASUS official webWebsite.

5. Wartung

Regelmäßige Wartung trägt zur Langlebigkeit und zum stabilen Betrieb Ihres Motherboards bei.

  • Reinigung: Periodically clean dust from inside your computer case, especially around the CPU cooler, chipset heatsinks, and fan vents. Use compressed air for best results. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • BIOS-Updates: BIOS updates can provide improved compatibility, stability, and new features. Check the ASUS support website for the latest BIOS versions for your P7H55-M LX motherboard. Follow the provided instructions carefully when performing a BIOS update to avoid system instability.
