2. Sicherheitshinweise
Um einen sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten und Verletzungen oder Schäden zu vermeiden, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden Sicherheitsrichtlinien:
- Always secure the canopy with the provided stake kit and ropes, especially in windy conditions.
- Do not use the canopy in severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. Disassemble and store the canopy immediately.
- Halten Sie alle Flammen und Wärmequellen vom Baldachinstoff fern. Der Stoff ist nicht feuerfest.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged during setup and before use.
- Avoid setting up the canopy on uneven ground, which can compromise stability.
- Supervise children and pets around the canopy to prevent accidents.
- Do not hang heavy objects from the canopy frame.
- Always use at least two people for setup and takedown to prevent injury and damage to the frame.
3. Packungsinhalt
Vor Beginn der Montage prüfen Sie, ob alle Komponenten vorhanden sind:
- 1 x Instant Canopy Frame (Pre-assembled)

- 1 x 600D Polyester Roller Bag
- 1 x Stake Kit (Includes stakes and ropes)

4. Einrichtungsanweisungen
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. It is recommended that two people perform the setup process.
- Rahmen auspacken: Remove the folded frame from the roller bag and place it in the center of your desired setup area.
- Den Rahmen teilweise öffnen: With a person at opposite corners, gently pull the frame outwards until it is partially open. Do not fully extend yet.
- Bringen Sie das Baldachindach an: Drape the canopy top over the partially opened frame. Secure the corners of the canopy top to the frame's corner legs using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Rahmen vollständig ausfahren: Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is fully extended. Ensure the truss bars are straight and the frame is stable.
- Rahmen sperren: Locate the pull-pin mechanisms on each leg. Push the pull-pin in and slide the leg upwards until the pin locks into the desired height adjustment hole. Repeat for all four legs.

- Sichern Sie das Verdeck: Use the provided stake kit to anchor the canopy to the ground. Insert stakes through the footplates at the base of each leg and into the ground. Attach ropes to the canopy's D-rings and secure them to additional stakes further out from the canopy for added stability.

5. Bedienung des Baldachins
The Caravan TitanShade canopy is designed for temporary outdoor use, providing shade and protection from light elements. Its straight leg design maximizes the shaded area.
- Höhe einstellen: To adjust the height, press the pull-pin on each leg and slide the leg to the desired position. Ensure the pin locks securely into place at the new height.
- Sonnenschutz: The heavy-duty polyester top offers excellent UV protection, making it ideal for sunny conditions.
- Windstabilität: While designed with a full truss system for stability, always use the stake kit and ropes in windy conditions. For strong gusts, lower the canopy to its lowest setting or disassemble it.
6. Wartung und Pflege
Durch sachgemäße Wartung wird die Lebensdauer Ihres Sonnendachs verlängert:
- Cleaning the Canopy Top: Clean the polyester top with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing.
- Rahmenwartung: Periodically inspect the steel frame for any signs of damage, rust, or loose connections. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. Lubricate moving parts (e.g., joints, pull-pins) with a silicone-based spray if they become stiff.
- Aufbewahrungstasche: Keep the roller bag clean and dry.
7. Speicherung
Proper storage is crucial for preserving your canopy:
- Demontage: Reverse the setup steps. Ensure all pull-pins are disengaged before collapsing the frame.
- Trocknen: Always ensure the canopy top and frame are completely dry before folding and storing. Storing while damp can lead to mildew and rust.
- Falten: Fold the canopy top neatly to prevent creases and damage. Collapse the frame completely.
- Speicherort: Store the canopy in its roller bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
8. Fehlerbehebung
