1. Sicherheitshinweise

3. Einrichtung

3.1 Einsetzen des Sägeblatts

1. Ensure the power tool is disconnected from the mains supply.
2. Locate the tool-free blade change mechanism on the saw head.
3. Rotate the blade holder collar (or lever) to open the blade insertion slot.
4. Insert the shank of the saw blade into the slot until it clicks into place.
5. Release the blade holder collar to secure the blade. Gently pull on the blade to ensure it is firmly seated.

3.2 Adjusting the Sole Plate

The sole plate can be adjusted without tools to set the cutting depth and optimize blade usage.

1. Loosen the sole plate locking mechanism (refer to your saw's specific design, usually a lever or knob).
2. Slide the sole plate forward or backward to achieve the desired cutting depth.
3. Tighten the sole plate locking mechanism to secure it in position.

4.2 Geschwindigkeitsregelung

• Rotate the speed control dial to select the desired stroke rate. Lower speeds are suitable for harder materials or precise cuts, while higher speeds are for softer materials and faster cutting.

4.3 Schneidetechniken

• Allgemeines Schneiden: Place the sole plate firmly against the workpiece. Start the saw and guide it along the cutting line with steady pressure.
• Tauchschneiden: For plunge cuts into wood, tilt the saw forward so that the sole plate rests on the workpiece edge. Switch on the saw and slowly pivot it downwards until the blade penetrates the material.
• Materialverträglichkeit: This saw is suitable for cutting wood up to 150 mm and metal up to 10 mm, depending on the installed blade.

5. Wartung
