Aufstellen

Before using your Timex Ironman watch, ensure it is properly set up for accurate timekeeping and functionality.

Einstellen von Uhrzeit und Datum

  1. Drücken Sie die MODUS button repeatedly until you reach the Time Set mode.

Chronograph (Stoppuhr)

The 100-hour chronograph with 30-lap memory is ideal for tracking workouts and events.

  1. Drücken MODUS until "CHRONO" appears on the display.
  2. Drücken START/ZWISCHENZEIT um mit der Zeitmessung zu beginnen.
  3. Drücken START/ZWISCHENZEIT again to record a lap/split time. The display will show the split time for a few seconds before returning to the running total.

The 24-hour countdown timer can be used for various timed activities.
