Setting Time, Date, and Options

To set the time, date, and various options on your watch, follow these steps:

1. With time and date showing, press and hold SATZ.
2. The current time zone (1, 2, or 3) will flash. Press + or - to select the time zone to set, if desired.
3. Drücken NÄCHSTE. The hour will flash. Press + or - to change the hour (including AM/PM); hold the button to scan values.
4. Drücken NÄCHSTE. The minutes will flash. Press + or - um die Minuten zu ändern.

Press ERLEDIGT at any step to exit and save settings.
