3. Einrichtung und Installation

2. Verbinden Sie sich mit dem WLAN des Extenders: On your mobile device or laptop, search for Wi-Fi networks and connect to the network named 'iBall'.
3. Access the Configuration Page: Öffnen Sie web browser on your connected device. In the address bar, type 192.168.1.254 und drücken Sie die Eingabetaste.
4. Login: Enter the default username and password (usually 'admin' for both, refer to the Quick Installation Guide for specifics if different).
5. Repeater-Modus auswählen: On the configuration page, click on "Repeater" mode. This will allow the extender to scan for available Wi-Fi networks.

The iBall iB-WRR312N supports multiple operating modes to suit various networking needs:

• Universeller Repeater-Modus: In this mode, the device extends the coverage of an existing wireless network. It receives the wireless signal from your main router and re-transmits it, effectively expanding the Wi-Fi range to areas with weak or no signal.
• Access Point (AP)-Modus: This mode allows you to connect the device to a wired network (e.g., via an Ethernet cable from your router) and transform it into a new wireless access point. This is useful for adding Wi-Fi capability to a wired-only network or creating a separate wireless network.
