3. Einrichtung und Installation

3.1 Einlegen der Batterie

1. Remove the battery cover from the interior unit.
2. Insert four (4) new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Replace the battery cover. The lock will emit a sound indicating it is powered on.

3.2 Initial Setup and Master PIN Registration

Upon first power-up or after a factory reset, you must register a Master PIN code.

Notiz: The Master PIN code is essential for managing other user PINs and fingerprints. Keep it confidential.

4.1 Entsperren mit Fingerabdruck

1. Place your registered finger flat on the fingerprint scanner.
2. Hold your finger steady until the lock emits a confirmation sound and unlocks.

4.2 Entsperren mit PIN-Code

1. Berühren Sie das Tastenfeld, um es zu aktivieren.
2. Enter your registered 4-12 digit PIN code.
3. Press the [*] button. The lock will emit a confirmation sound and unlock.

4.3 Tür verriegeln

• Automatische Verriegelung: The lock is set to automatically lock after a few seconds when the door is closed.
• Manuelle Verriegelung (von außen): Touch the keypad or press the '#' button.
• Manuelle Verriegelung (von innen): Press the 'OPEN/CLOSE' button or turn the manual thumb turn.

4.4 Registering User Fingerprints

1. Öffnen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung und drücken Sie die Taste [Registrierung].
2. Enter the Master PIN code followed by the [*] button.
3. Follow the voice prompts or indicator lights to register the fingerprint. Typically, you will be asked to scan the finger multiple times.
4. Press the [Registration] button again to exit registration mode.

4.5 Registering User PIN Codes

1. Öffnen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung und drücken Sie die Taste [Registrierung].
2. Enter the Master PIN code followed by the [*] button.
3. Enter the desired 4-12 digit user PIN code.
4. Press the [*] button to confirm.
5. Re-enter the user PIN code.
6. Press the [*] button to confirm. A confirmation sound will indicate successful registration.
7. Press the [Registration] button again to exit registration mode.

5. Wartung

5.1 Batteriewechsel

The lock will provide a low battery warning (audible alarm or indicator light) when batteries are running low. Replace all four AA batteries promptly.

1. Entfernen Sie die Batterieabdeckung am Innengerät.
2. Entfernen Sie alle alten Batterien.
3. Insert four (4) new AA alkaline batteries, observing correct polarity.
4. Setzen Sie die Batterieabdeckung wieder auf.

Notiz: Your registered PIN codes and fingerprints will be retained during battery replacement.

5.2 Reinigung
