Wichtige Sicherheitsinformationen
Read and understand this entire manual before operating the Liftmaster 3 Ton Aluminum and Steel Low Profile High Lift Floor Jack. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage. This floor jack is designed for lifting purposes only. Always use appropriate jack stands to support the vehicle after lifting. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a floor jack.
- Oberfläche: Always use the jack on a hard, level surface. Avoid uneven ground or soft surfaces.
- Stabilität: Ensure the vehicle is stable and cannot roll before lifting. Engage the parking brake and block wheels.
- Wagenheber: Immediately after lifting, place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
- Überlastung: The dual pump quick lift hydraulic system is equipped with a safety valve to prevent overloading beyond rated capacity. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
- Wartung: Regularly inspect the jack for damage or wear. Do not use if damaged.
Aufstellen
Before first use, perform the following steps to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Auspacken: Carefully remove the floor jack from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Befestigungselemente prüfen: Verify that all nuts and bolts, especially those on the casters, are securely tightened. Loose fasteners can affect stability and operation.
- Entlüften des Hydrauliksystems: Air can become trapped in the hydraulic system during shipping. To bleed the system:
- Drehen Sie den Griff gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um das Ablassventil vollständig zu öffnen.
- Pumpen Sie den Griff 10-15 Mal schnell hintereinander, ohne dass eine Last daran haftet.
- Drehen Sie den Griff im Uhrzeigersinn, um das Ablassventil zu schließen.
- Test the jack by lifting it to its full height and then lowering it. Repeat if necessary until the jack operates smoothly.

Bedienungsanleitung
Follow these steps for safe and effective use of your floor jack.
- Fahrzeug vorbereiten: Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Positionieren Sie den Wagenheber: Locate the vehicle's manufacturer-recommended lifting points. Position the jack saddle directly under the lifting point. The jack's ultra-low 2.95 inch (75mm) entry point is ideal for lower body frame cars, while its high lift range up to 19.68 inches (500mm) accommodates pickups and SUVs.
- Fahrzeug anheben: Turn the handle clockwise until the release valve is fully closed. Pump the handle to raise the vehicle. Lift the vehicle only high enough to place jack stands.
- Mit Wagenhebern sichern: Once the vehicle is at the desired height, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
- Lower the Jack: Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve and lower the jack until the vehicle rests securely on the jack stands. Remove the floor jack.
- Remove Jack Stands and Lower Vehicle: When work is complete, raise the vehicle slightly with the floor jack to remove the jack stands. Then, slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle completely to the ground. Remove the floor jack and wheel chocks.

Wartung
- Schmierung: Periodically lubricate all moving parts, including the pivot points and casters, with light machine oil.
- Hydraulikflüssigkeit: Check the hydraulic fluid level regularly. If low, add high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or other non-approved fluids.
- Release Valve Threads: If the release valve becomes stiff or causes the jack to lower too quickly, apply a small amount of oil to the threads of the release valve mechanism. This can help ensure a smooth and controlled lowering action.

| Air in hydraulic system, low hydraulic fluid, or overloaded. | Bleed the hydraulic system (see Setup). Check and refill hydraulic fluid. Ensure load does not exceed 3 tons. |
| Der Wagenheber senkt sich unter Last ab. | Release valve not fully closed, internal seal damage, or overloaded. | Ensure release valve is fully closed. Do not use if internal seals are suspected to be damaged; seek professional repair. Ensure load does not exceed 3 tons. |
| Jack lowers too quickly or is difficult to control. | Release valve mechanism is stiff or worn. | Apply oil to the threads of the release valve mechanism. Turn the handle slowly and carefully when lowering. If the issue persists, professional inspection may be required. |
