1. Einrichtung und erste Vorbereitung

1.1 Auspacken und Stromanschluss

1.2 Aufwickeln der Spule

  1. Setzen Sie eine Garnrolle auf den Garnrollenstift.
  2. Guide the thread through the upper thread guide and around the pre-tension disc.
  3. Insert the empty bobbin onto the bobbin winder spindle.
  4. Wrap the thread clockwise around the bobbin several times.

  6. Press the foot controller gently to start winding. Stop when the bobbin is full and push the spindle back to the left.
  7. Trim the thread.

1.3 Einfädeln des Obergewindes

  1. Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the handwheel towards you.
  2. Heben Sie den Nähfußhebel an.
  3. Setzen Sie die Garnrolle auf den Garnrollenstift.

  5. Bring the thread down the right channel, up the left channel, and through the take-up lever from right to left.
  6. Continue guiding the thread down to the needle bar thread guide.
  7. Thread the needle from front to back. Pull about 6 inches of thread through the needle eye.

1.4 Einsetzen der Spule

  1. Öffnen Sie die Spulenkapselabdeckung.
  2. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case with the thread unwinding counter-clockwise.
  3. Guide the thread into the tension spring slot.
  4. Schließen Sie die Spulenabdeckung.
  5. Hold the upper thread lightly and turn the handwheel towards you to bring the bobbin thread up through the needle plate hole.
  6. Ziehen Sie beide Fäden (Ober- und Unterfaden) unter dem Nähfuß hindurch und in Richtung der Rückseite der Maschine.

  4. Guide the fabric gently with both hands, but do not push or pull it forcefully.

  7. Cut the threads using the thread cutter on the machine or scissors.

3. Wartung und Pflege

3.1 Cleaning the Bobbin Area

  • Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
  • Entfernen Sie Nadel und Nähfuß.
  • Open the bobbin cover plate and remove the bobbin.
  • Remove the bobbin case and the feed dog cover plate (if applicable).
  • Use the small brush provided with your machine to remove lint and dust from the bobbin case, feed dogs, and surrounding areas.
  • Alle Teile wieder zusammenbauen.

3.2 Die Nadel ersetzen

  • Schalten Sie die Maschine aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker.
  • Heben Sie die Nadel in ihre höchste Position.
  • Lösen Sie die Nadel clamp Schraube durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn lösen.
  • Die alte Nadel entfernen.
