4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Klingenauswahl

  • Razor Scraper Blades: Use these sharp blades for tough, stubborn materials like dried paint, heavy-duty adhesives, and thick decals on durable surfaces such as glass or metal. Exercise caution due to their sharpness.
  • Non-Marring Scraper Blades: These plastic blades are designed for delicate surfaces where scratching is a concern, such as painted walls, plastic, or wood. They are effective for removing lighter adhesives, labels, and wallpaper without causing damage.

4.2 Allgemeine Schabetechnik

  1. Oberfläche vorbereiten: Ensure the surface is clean and free of loose debris. For some materials, a softening agent (e.g., water, solvent) may aid removal.
  2. Angle the Scraper: Hold the scraper at a shallow angle (typically 15-30 degrees) to the surface. A steeper angle can dig into the surface, while too shallow an angle may not provide enough leverage.
  3. Druck ausüben: Apply steady, even pressure while pushing the scraper forward. Use smooth, controlled strokes.
  4. Testen Sie an einem unauffälligen Ort: Always test the scraper on a small, hidden area first to ensure it does not damage the surface.
