3. Einrichtung
3.1 Einlegen der Batterie
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the anemometer.
- Öffnen Sie die Batterieabdeckung.
- Legen Sie zwei 1.5V AAA-Batterien ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/-).
- Schließen Sie die Batterieabdeckung fest.
3.2 Anbringen des Schlüsselbandes
- Locate the lanyard attachment point at the bottom of the device.
- Thread the lanyard through the hole and secure it.
3.3 Stativmontage (optional)
The AP-007 features a standard tripod mounting hole at its base for stable, hands-free measurements.
- Screw the anemometer onto the small tripod provided or any compatible tripod.
- Ensure the device is securely attached before use.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten
- Drücken Sie die Leistung (ⓘ) Taste, um das Gerät einzuschalten.
- Halten Sie die Leistung (ⓘ) button to turn the device off manually.
- Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 5 Minuten Inaktivität automatisch aus.
4.2 Änderung der Windgeschwindigkeitseinheiten
- Drücken Sie die EINHEIT button to cycle through the available wind speed units: m/s, km/h, ft/min, knots, and mph.
4.3 Temperatureinheiten ändern
- Drücken Sie die °F/°C button to switch between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉).
4.4 Hintergrundbeleuchtungsfunktion
- Drücken Sie die Backlight (☀) button to turn the LCD backlight on or off.
4.5 Max/Min/Average Measurement
- Drücken Sie die MAX/MIN Taste, um view the maximum or minimum wind speed recorded during the current measurement session.
- Drücken Sie die Durchschnitt Taste zur Anzeige der durchschnittlichen Windgeschwindigkeit.
4.6 Messungen durchführen
- Hold the anemometer upright, ensuring the wind flow passes directly through the vanes for accurate readings.
- Avoid obstructing the airflow to the sensor.
- The current wind speed and temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5. Wartung
5.1 Reinigung
- Wischen Sie die Außenseite des Geräts mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch ab.
- Gently clean the wind vanes to ensure they rotate freely and are free from dust or debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Batteriewechsel
- Tauschen Sie die Batterien aus, sobald die Anzeige für niedrigen Batteriestand erscheint.
