3. Einrichtung und Vorbereitung der ersten Verwendung

3.1 Auspacken

Carefully remove all packaging materials from the rice cooker. Check for any damage during transit. Ensure all components, including the inner pot and power cord, are present.

3.2 Erstreinigung

Before first use, wash the inner pot and the separable inner cover with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp Tuch.

3.3 Stromanschluss

Dieses Gerät wird betrieben mit 220 Volt. It is equipped with a Korean plug type C or F (EU) with two round pins. If your region uses 110V (e.g., USA, Canada), a step-up voltage converter is required. A plug adapter may also be needed but does not convert voltage.

Connect the power cord to the rice cooker and then plug it into a suitable 220V wall outlet or a properly rated step-up voltage Konverter.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Grundlegende Reiszubereitung

1. Messen Sie die gewünschte Reismenge mit dem beiliegenden Messbecher ab. Spülen Sie den Reis gründlich ab.
2. Den gewaschenen Reis in den Innentopf geben.
3. Add water according to the markings inside the inner pot or your preference. For optimal results, refer to the rice-to-water ratio guidelines for your specific rice type.
4. Setzen Sie den Innentopf in das Hauptgerät ein und verschließen Sie den Deckel fest.
5. Plug in the rice cooker. The LCD display will illuminate.
6. Select the desired cooking mode (e.g., White Rice, Multi-Grain) using the control panel buttons.
7. Press the 'Start' button to begin cooking. The cooker will automatically switch to 'Keep Warm' mode once cooking is complete.

5. Pflege und Wartung

5.1 Cleaning the Inner Pot and Inner Cover

After each use, unplug the rice cooker and allow it to cool completely. Remove the inner pot and the separable inner cover. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.

5.2 Automatic Steam Cleaning

The rice cooker features an automatic steam cleaning function to prevent blockage of the steam nozzle and maintain hygiene. To use this function, ensure the inner pot is empty or contains only water for cleaning, then select the 'Steam Clean' option on the control panel and start the cycle.

5.3 Außenreinigung

Wischen Sie die Außenseite des Reiskochers mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch ab.amp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
