4. Einrichtung und Installation

The JOOM floating shelf is designed for wall mounting. Follow these steps for secure installation:

1. Ort wählen: Wählen Sie eine geeignete Wandstelle. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich im Bohrbereich keine verdeckten Stromleitungen oder Wasserleitungen befinden.
2. Bohrpunkte markieren: Hold the shelf against the wall at the desired height and use a pencil to mark the positions for the mounting holes. Ensure the marks are level.
3. Bohrlöcher: Using an appropriate drill bit for your wall type (e.g., wood, drywall, concrete), drill holes at the marked points. The image below illustrates compatibility with different wall types.

4. Wandanker einsetzen: For drywall or concrete, insert appropriate wall anchors into the drilled holes. For wood studs, anchors may not be necessary.
5. Montieren Sie das Regal: Align the shelf's mounting holes with the drilled holes/anchors. Insert the screws through the shelf and into the wall/anchors.
6. Sichern Sie das Regal: Tighten the screws until the shelf is firmly secured to the wall. Do not overtighten.
