Setup und Installation

This range hood is designed for ducted operation only, venting outside. It is not a ductless model.

Checkliste vor der Installation

• Verify all included components: Range Hood, Installation Kit, Instruction Manual.
• Tools required: Pencil, Hammer, Screwdriver, Level, Electric drill or powered screwdriver, Measuring tape.
• Ensure the width of the cabinet is not less than 250mm and 50mm space is reserved at the two ends of the opening.

Built-in Model Installation Steps

1. Entfernen Sie den Aluminiumfilter.
2. Remove the wooden strips on both sides of the hood by removing the screws that fix the strips.
3. Insert the hood body into the cabinet.
4. Place the wooden strip removed in step 2 on the upper surface of the cabinet bottom plate.
5. Fix the hood onto the wooden strips with 4 pieces of ST5x16 screws (Provided).

Air Outlet Installation Method (Ducted Mode Only)

If you have an outlet to the outside, your cooker hood can be connected as pictured by means of a pipe (with an interior diameter of 150mm). If you don't have an outlet to the outside, you can go with recirculation mode by using a carbon filter (not included with this model).

• For 150mm diameter pipe: Insert the one-way valve as shown in the picture and fix the pipe. The bump of the one-way-value must be upward.
• For 120mm diameter pipe: Insert the damper as shown in the picture and fix the converter before placing the duct.

The CIARRA CAS52913E range hood features mechanical push-button controls for easy operation of the fan speeds and lighting.

Drucktastensteuerung

• Use a soft cloth moistened with hand-warm soapy water or household cleaning detergent.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen des Geräts niemals Metallschwämme, Chemikalien, Scheuermittel oder harte Bürsten.
• The 5-layer mesh filters are dishwasher safe and can be easily removed for cleaning.

Replacement of Light

The LED lights are replaceable. Follow these steps:

1. Make sure all control switches are off and the range hood is unplugged.
2. Use a flat head screwdriver to pop out the LED light assembly.
3. Trennen Sie dasamp interne Drähte.

• Lüfter funktioniert nicht: Ensure the power is on and the fan speed is selected. Check for any obstructions in the fan or ductwork.
• Schlechte Saugleistung: Clean the mesh filters. Ensure the ductwork is not blocked or kinked. Verify the one-way valve is correctly installed and not obstructed.
• Übermäßiger Lärm: Check if the filters are properly installed. Ensure there are no loose parts or obstructions in the fan. Verify the ductwork is securely connected.
• Lichter funktionieren nicht: Check if the light switch is on. Refer to the "Replacement of Light" section for bulb replacement.
