1. Einleitung

The SUMEE Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor (Model BSX325) is an automatic digital blood pressure measuring device designed for convenient and accurate readings at home. It features a large backlit display, dual-user memory, and an adjustable cuff for comfortable use.

2. Einrichtung

2.1 Einlegen der Batterie

The monitor requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install:

1. Öffnen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel auf der Rückseite des Geräts.
2. Legen Sie die 2 AAA-Batterien ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/-), wie im Batteriefach angegeben.
3. Schließen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel fest.

2.2 Correct Cuff Placement and Measurement Posture

Proper cuff placement and body posture are crucial for accurate readings.

• Wear & Adjust: Adjust the cuff and wrap it around your left wrist with your palm facing up. Ensure the device is positioned correctly on your wrist.
• Keep 1-finger Distance: The distance between the top of the machine and your hand should be about 1-2 cm.
• Start to Measuring: Sit up straight and relax for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Keep the wrist cuff at the same level as your heart during the measurement.

3. Bedienungsanleitung

3.1 Messung durchführen

The SUMEE Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is designed for simple one-button operation.

1. Ensure the cuff is correctly placed on your wrist and you are in the recommended measurement posture.
2. Drücken Sie die START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
3. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the large backlit LCD screen within approximately 30 seconds.
4. The four-color indicator on the left side of the display provides a quick visual reference for your blood pressure level according to WHO guidelines.

3.2 Dual User & Memory Function

The monitor supports two users, each with 99 memory sets, allowing you to track your readings over time.

• Zu view vergangene Lesungen, drücken Sie die MEM button. Repeatedly pressing MEM will cycle through stored measurements.
• Each stored reading includes a time and date stamp.

4. Wartung

• Reinigen Sie Monitor und Manschette mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel und tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser.
• Store the monitor in its carrying case when not in use to protect it from dust and damage.
• Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwendet wird, entfernen Sie die Batterien, um ein Auslaufen zu verhindern.
• Vermeiden Sie extreme Temperaturen, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
