4. Layout Introduction (Components)

1. Clamp Kiefer: Opens up to 45mm to enclose a conductor for current measurement.

5. Einrichtung

5.1 Einlegen der Batterie

The AP-570S-APP requires a 9V battery for operation. To install or replace the battery:

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die clamp meter is turned OFF (Rotary Switch set to OFF).
2. Suchen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel auf der Rückseite des Messgeräts.
3. Verwenden Sie einen Schraubendreher, um das Batteriefach zu öffnen.
4. Schließen Sie die 9V-Batterie unter Beachtung der richtigen Polarität an die Batterieklemmen an.

5.2 Erstes Einschalten

After battery installation, turn the Rotary Switch from OFF to any desired measurement function to power on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

To perform measurements, rotate the Rotary Switch to the desired function. Connect test leads or use the clamp jaws as appropriate for the measurement type.

6.1 AC/DC-Strommessung

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the 600A bis 1000A Position.
2. Drücken Sie die WÄHLEN key to switch between AC (~) and DC (—) current measurement if necessary.
3. Öffne dieamp jaws using the jaw-opening handle.
4. Schließen Sie nur einen Leiter mit dem Klemmenkabel ein.amp jaws. Ensure the conductor is centered within the jaws for accurate readings.
5. Lesen Sie den aktuellen Wert auf dem LCD-Display ab.

Note: For currents between 0-600A, resolution is 0.1A. For 600-1000A, resolution is 1.0A.

6.2 AC/DC-Voltage Messung

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the V— or V~ Position.
2. Drücken Sie die WÄHLEN key to switch between AC (~) and DC (—) voltage Messung, falls erforderlich.
3. Stecken Sie die schwarze Messleitung in den COM Buchse und das rote Prüfkabel in die VΩHzT+ Jack.
4. Schließen Sie die Messspitzen an den zu messenden Stromkreis oder das zu messende Bauteil an.
5. Lesen Sie den Bandtage-Wert auf dem LCD-Display.

6.3 Resistance, Diode, Continuity, and Capacitance Measurement

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the Ω Position.
2. Drücken Sie die WÄHLEN key to cycle through Resistance (Ω), Diode Test (→|), Continuity Test (♫), and Capacitance (—||—) functions.
3. Stecken Sie die schwarze Messleitung in den COM Buchse und das rote Prüfkabel in die VΩHzT+ Jack.
4. Schließen Sie die Testspitzen an das Bauteil an.
5. Read the value on the LCD display. For continuity, an audible beep indicates a continuous circuit.

6.4 Frequenz- und Tastverhältnismessung

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the Hz Position.
2. Stecken Sie die schwarze Messleitung in den COM Buchse und das rote Prüfkabel in die VΩHzT+ Jack.
3. Schließen Sie die Testspitzen an die Signalquelle an.
4. Drücken Sie die Hz/Einschaltdauer key to switch between Frequency (Hz) and Duty Cycle (%).
5. Lesen Sie den Wert auf dem LCD-Display ab.

6.5 Temperaturmessung

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the ° C / ° F Position.
2. Insert the thermocouple into the COM Und VΩHzT+ Buchsen, Polarität beachten.
3. Platzieren Sie die Thermoelementsonde an der Stelle, an der die Temperatur gemessen werden soll.
4. Drücken Sie die WÄHLEN key to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

6.6 Berührungslose Voltage (NCV) Erkennung

1. Set the Rotary Switch to the NCV Position.
2. Move the NCV detection area of the meter close to the wire or conductor where voltage wird verdächtigt.

To activate or deactivate the backlight, press and hold the HALTEN button for more than 2 seconds. The backlight improves visibility in dimly lit conditions.

7. Bluetooth-App-Verbindung

The AP-570S-APP can connect to your mobile device via Bluetooth for enhanced functionality, including data logging and analysis.

8. Wartung
