3. Einrichtung und Vorbereitung
3.1 Batterien einlegen
Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment on the back of the meter, ensuring correct polarity.
3.2 Vorbereitung des Stechgeräts

Remove a test strip from the vial. Close the vial immediately after removing a strip to protect the remaining strips from moisture. The meter does not require coding.

4. Operating Instructions (Blood Glucose Test)
- Hände waschen und trocknen: Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry them completely before testing.
- Teststreifen einlegen: Insert the test strip into the meter. The meter will automatically turn on and display a blood drop symbol.
- Erhalte Blut Sampauf: Press the lancing device firmly against the side of your fingertip and press the release button. A small drop of blood will form.
- Blut S auftragenampauf: Gently touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The blood will be automatically drawn into the strip. The meter requires only 0.6 µL of blood. If the first sample is insufficient, you have 5 seconds to apply a second drop to the same strip.
- Ergebnisse lesen: The meter will count down from 5 seconds and then display your blood glucose result in mg/dL.
- Rekordergebnisse: The meter automatically stores up to 99 test results with date and time.
- Entsorgung gebrauchter Materialien: Eject the used lancet and test strip into a suitable sharps container.

5. Wartung und Pflege
