  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Komponenten während der Montage sicher befestigt sind.
  • Do not use the gazebo in strong winds, heavy rain, or severe weather conditions. Disassemble if extreme weather is expected.
  • Always anchor the gazebo securely to the ground using appropriate stakes or weights (not included) to prevent tipping or uplift.

4. Aufbau und Montage

Assembly typically requires two to three people and takes approximately 2 hours. Follow these general steps, referring to your detailed assembly guide for specific diagrams and hardware identification:

  1. Schritt 1: Auspacken und Teile identifizieren
Lay out all components on a clean, flat surface. Identify each part using the provided parts list in your separate assembly guide. Ensure you have sufficient space for assembly.
  2. Schritt 2: Montieren Sie den Grundrahmen
Connect the leg posts to the base crossbars using the provided hardware. Insert bolts loosely at this stage; do not fully tighten until the entire frame is assembled.
  3. Schritt 3: Dachstuhl errichten
Attach the roof support beams and connectors to the top of the leg posts. Ensure all connections are aligned correctly and secured loosely.
  4. Schritt 4: Montage des Baldachins
Carefully drape the canopy fabric over the assembled roof frame. Ensure the canopy is oriented correctly and secure it to the frame as per the specific instructions in your assembly guide. Stretch it tautly to prevent water pooling.
  5. Step 5: Attach Side Curtains
Hang the four side curtains from the designated tracks or rings on the roof frame. The curtains are designed with a zip closure system for full enclosure.
  6. Step 6: Final Tightening and Securing
Once the entire structure is upright and all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and screws. Finally, secure the gazebo to the ground using appropriate stakes or weights (not included) to ensure stability against wind.

6. Wartung

Proper maintenance will extend the life and preserve the appearance of your gazebo.

  • Cleaning Canopy and Curtains: Clean the canopy and curtains with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding or storing. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners.
  • Rahmenpflege: Periodically inspect the metal frame for any signs of rust, scratches, or damage. Clean the frame with a damp cloth. Touch up any scratches with rust-resistant paint to prevent corrosion.
  • Wetterschutz: In anticipation of strong winds, heavy rain, or snow, it is highly recommended to remove the canopy and curtains to prevent damage to both the fabric and the frame.
  • Lagerung: During off-season or prolonged periods of non-use, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in a dry, protected area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Fehlerbehebung

7.1. Instabilität des Pavillons

If the gazebo feels unstable or wobbly:

  • Ensure all frame connections are fully tightened. Re-check all bolts and screws.
  • Verify that the gazebo is properly anchored to the ground using appropriate stakes, sandbags, or weights.
  • Avoid using the gazebo in windy conditions, as this can compromise stability.

7.2. Water Accumulation on Canopy

If water pools on the canopy after rain:

  • Ensure the canopy is installed correctly and tautly stretched over the frame. Re-adjust if necessary.
  • Check for any sagging in the roof structure that might prevent proper water runoff.

7.3. Difficulty with Curtain Zippers

If zippers are stiff or difficult to operate:

  • Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper mechanism. Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper path.
  • Um die Leichtgängigkeit des Reißverschlusses zu verbessern, kann man ein Gleitmittel auf Silikonbasis oder Reißverschlusswachs auf die Zähne auftragen.
