1. Attaching the Discharge Hose
The pump features a 1-1/2" discharge. Use the included adapters to connect your desired hose size.
- Select the appropriate adapter (NPT1-1/2", NPT2", or NPT3/4") for your hose.
- Apply Teflon tape to the threaded discharge port of the pump.
- Thread the chosen adapter onto the pump's discharge port and tighten securely.
- Attach your discharge hose to the adapter and secure it with the provided stainless steel hose clamp.

2. Pumpenplatzierung
Place the pump in the area to be drained. Ensure the pump is stable and fully submerged in the water before operation. Submerge the pump at a slight tilt to allow any trapped air to escape, preventing airlock.

Properly submerge the pump into the water, ensuring it is fully immersed before connecting to power. This helps prevent air pockets and ensures optimal performance.
3. Stromanschluss
Once the pump is fully submerged and the hose is securely attached, plug the 10-foot power cord into a standard 115V grounded electrical outlet.

After submerging the pump, connect the power cord to a 115V outlet. The pump will begin operating immediately upon connection.
Bedienungsanleitung
The WASSERMANN Submersible Utility Pump is designed for simple operation:
- Anfangen: Ensure the pump is fully submerged and the discharge hose is properly connected. Plug the power cord into a 115V grounded outlet. The pump will start automatically.

Pumpe reinigen
Periodically inspect and clean the pump's intake screen and impeller to prevent blockages and maintain efficiency. Always disconnect power before cleaning.
- Step 1: Remove the Base. Unscrew the screws holding the pump's base plate in place.
- Step 2: Clean Impeller and Intake. Carefully remove the base and clean any debris from the impeller and intake screen using a brush or water.
- Step 3: Inspect. Ensure all debris is removed and the impeller spins freely.
