4.1 Einlegen der Batterie

1. Öffnen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung auf der Rückseite des Monitors.
2. Insert four (4) AA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Vor der Messung

• Vermeiden Sie 30 Minuten vor der Messung Essen, Alkoholkonsum, Rauchen, körperliche Betätigung und Baden.
• Ruhen Sie sich mindestens 5 Minuten aus, bevor Sie eine Messung durchführen.
• Sitzen Sie aufrecht, mit gestütztem Rücken und flach auf dem Boden stehenden Füßen.
• Legen Sie Ihren Arm so auf einen Tisch, dass sich die Manschette auf Herzhöhe befindet.

5.2 Anlegen der Armmanschette

1. Ensure the cuff is suitable for your arm circumference (22-36 cm).
2. Schieben Sie Ihren linken Arm durch die Manschettenschlaufe. Der Luftschlauch sollte an der Innenseite Ihres Arms entlang verlaufen.
3. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inch) above your elbow joint.
4. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the Velcro closure. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
5. The "Main Artery" mark on the cuff should be aligned with your brachial artery (inner side of your arm).

5.3 Messung durchführen

1. Drücken Sie die START/STOP button to turn on the monitor. The cuff will automatically inflate.
