2. Sicherheitshinweise

• Lesen Sie alle Anweisungen vor dem Zusammenbau und der Verwendung sorgfältig durch.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves, during assembly to prevent injury from sharp edges.

3. Packungsinhalt

4. Montageanleitung

The Devoko Outdoor Storage Shed is designed for assembly by two adults. All panels and frames are pre-cut and perforated. Follow the numbered panels and accessories as indicated in the included assembly guide.

Allgemeine Montagehinweise:

• Do not fully tighten screws initially: Loosely fit all screws during the initial assembly of sections. This allows for minor adjustments and alignment of parts. Once a section is fully assembled and aligned, progressively tighten all screws.
• Panelschutz: Some panels may have a protective plastic film. Remove this film carefully before or during assembly.
• Basismontage: Begin by assembling the base frame on a flat, level surface.
• Installation der Wandpaneele: Attach the wall panels to the base frame, ensuring correct orientation as per the manual.
• Türrahmenmontage: Assemble the door frames and attach them to the main structure.
• Dachmontage: The roof assembly can be challenging due to aligning flexible panels within rails. Work carefully and ensure all panels are seated correctly before securing.
• Hydraulic Gas Rods: Install the hydraulic gas rods as directed. These rods assist in opening and closing the lid smoothly.
• Chains: Attach the two provided chains to the shed lid. These chains are designed to connect to trash can lids, allowing simultaneous opening.
• Abschließendes Anziehen: Once the entire shed is assembled and aligned, go back and securely tighten all screws.

5. Bedienung

Öffnen des Schuppens:

• Türen: Unlock the front doors using the latch mechanism. Pull the handles to open the doors outwards.
• Deckel: Lift the lid from the front edge. The hydraulic gas rods will assist in smoothly raising and holding the lid open.
• Trash Can Chains: If using the shed for trash cans, attach the provided chains to the handles of your trash can lids. When the shed lid is lifted, the chains will simultaneously open the trash can lids.

Schließen und Sichern des Schuppens:

• Deckel: Gently pull the lid downwards. The hydraulic gas rods will control the descent, ensuring a slow and safe closing.
• Türen: Close the front doors and engage the latch mechanism to secure them. The shed can be locked for added security (lock not included).

6. Wartung

• Reinigung: Clean the shed periodically with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the galvanized steel finish.
• Inspektion: Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Schrauben und Verbindungen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie fest sitzen. Ziehen Sie lose Befestigungselemente gegebenenfalls nach.
• Rostschutz: Although the shed is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, inspect for any signs of rust, especially in areas where the coating might be scratched. Touch up any affected areas with rust-inhibiting paint if necessary.

7. Fehlerbehebung

If the rod is too strong and prevents closing, it might be necessary to detach it when not in use, as suggested by some users.
