2. Sicherheitshinweise
Ihre Sicherheit hat oberste Priorität. Tragen Sie beim Fahren stets einen Helm und die entsprechende Schutzausrüstung. Beachten Sie alle geltenden Verkehrsregeln und -vorschriften. Regelmäßige Inspektion und Wartung sind für einen sicheren Betrieb unerlässlich.
- Vor jeder Fahrt sollten Sie stets den Reifendruck, die Bremsfunktion und den Akkustand überprüfen.
- Betreiben Sie das E-Bike nicht unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss.
- Achten Sie auf Ihre Umgebung und fahren Sie defensiv.
- Vor Fahrtantritt sicherstellen, dass alle Komponenten fest montiert sind.
3. Aufbau und Montage
The Freego F4 electric bike requires some assembly upon arrival. Please follow these steps carefully. Refer to the included installation tools for assistance.
- Auspacken: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check against the included components list: Fenders, 24'' x 2.4'' MTB Tires, charger, Front light and tail light, Bell, Tool kits, Battery charger, Phone holder, RainProof Bag, Mini seat, Foot stand, Freego Electric Mountain Ebike Bike x 1.
- Lenkermontage: Befestigen Sie den Lenker am Vorbau und achten Sie darauf, dass er mittig sitzt und fest angezogen ist.
- Einbau Vorderrad: Install the front wheel, ensuring the brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper. Tighten the quick-release or axle nuts firmly.
- Pedalinstallation: Identify left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms (left pedal is reverse threaded). Tighten securely with a wrench.
- Sattelstütze und Sattel: Setzen Sie die Sattelstütze in den Rahmen ein und stellen Sie die Sattelhöhe für eine bequeme Fahrt ein. Befestigen Sie den Schnellspannhebel oder die Schraube.
- Einlegen der Batterie: Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Insert the 48V/20Ah removable lithium-ion battery into its compartment and lock it securely.
- Montage von Kotflügel und Gepäckträger: Attach the fenders and the rear cargo rack using the provided hardware.
- Check vor der Fahrt: Before your first ride, perform a thorough check of all bolts, brakes, tires, and lights.

4. Bedienungsanleitung
The Freego F4 offers multiple riding modes for versatile use.
4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten
To power on the e-bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD control panel. To power off, press and hold the same button.
4.2 Fahrmodi
- Pedalunterstützungsmodus: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. This mode offers a range of 31-40 miles depending on terrain and rider input. Adjust the assist level using the controls on the LCD panel.
- Rein elektrischer Modus: Engage the throttle for full electric power without pedaling. This mode provides a range of 25-31 miles.
4.3 Gangwechsel
The Freego F4 is equipped with a 7-speed gear system. Use the twist grip shifter on the handlebar to change gears according to terrain and desired speed. Shift smoothly to avoid strain on the drivetrain.
4.4 Bremssystem
The e-bike features front and rear hydraulic disc brakes for effective and reliable stopping power. Apply both brakes simultaneously for optimal control and shorter stopping distances.

5. Wartung
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Freego F4 electric bike.
- Reinigung: Reinigen Sie das Fahrrad regelmäßig mitamp Textilien. Vermeiden Sie es, elektrische Bauteile direkt mit Hochdruck zu reinigen.
- Reifen: Maintain proper tire pressure (refer to tire sidewall for recommended PSI). Inspect tires for wear and punctures. The 24'' x 2.4'' fat tires provide excellent traction.
- Bremsen: Check brake pads for wear and ensure hydraulic brakes are responsive. Adjust or replace as needed.
- Kette: Um reibungslose Gangwechsel zu gewährleisten und Rost vorzubeugen, sollte die Kette sauber und geschmiert gehalten werden.
- Batteriepflege: Store the battery in a cool, dry place. Charge regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health. Avoid fully discharging the battery.
- Befestigungsmaterial: Periodically check and tighten all bolts and fasteners, especially on critical components like handlebars, wheels, and seat post.
