2. Einrichtung
2.1 Einlegen der Batterie
The monitor requires two (2) AAA batteries, which are included. To install or replace batteries:

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings. The universal wrist cuff fits wrist circumferences from 5.3″ to 8.5″ (13.5cm – 21.5cm).
- Remove any clothing or jewelry from your left wrist. The left wrist is generally preferred.
- With your palm facing up, apply the cuff onto your wrist. The display should be facing you.
- Position the cuff approximately 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) down from the end of your wrist bone.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not overly tight. You should be able to insert one finger comfortably between the cuff and your wrist.

3. Bedienungsanleitung
3.1 Messung durchführen
For accurate readings, ensure you are relaxed and have avoided strenuous activity, caffeine, or smoking for at least 30 minutes prior. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arm supported.
- Ensure the cuff is correctly applied and positioned at heart level.

The monitor supports up to 4 user profiles, each storing 99 readings (total 396 readings).
