5. Einrichtung

  1. Auspacken: Carefully remove all components from the aluminum carry case.
  2. Platzierung: Place the microscope body on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  3. Okularmontage: Insert the desired eyepieces (e.g., WF10X) into the ocular tubes of the trinocular head.
  4. LCD Monitor Attachment: Attach the 7-inch LCD monitor to the dedicated port on the trinocular head. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  5. Stromanschluss: Connect the power adapter to the microscope and then to a grounded electrical outlet.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

6.1 Power and Illumination

  • Turn on the microscope using the power switch located on the base.
  • Adjust the LED illumination intensity using the dimming handwheel for optimal viewing.

6.2 Specimen Placement

  • Place a prepared slide onto the double-layer mechanical stage.

6.3 Fokussierung

  • Use the coarse focus knob for large adjustments to bring the specimen into approximate focus.
  • Use the fine focus knob for precise adjustments to achieve a sharp image.

6.4 Vergrößerung

  • Rotate the revolving nosepiece to select the desired objective lens (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x).
  • The total magnification is the product of the eyepiece magnification and the objective lens magnification. For example, a WF10X eyepiece with a 100x objective provides 1000x magnification.

6.5 Interpupillary Distance and Diopter Adjustment

  • Adjust the distance between the two eyepieces to match your interpupillary distance for comfortable binocular viewing.
  • If one eye has a different focus requirement, adjust the diopter ring on the eyepiece until both eyes see a sharp image.

6.6 Darkfield and Brightfield Observation

  • The NA 1.25 Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm supports both brightfield and darkfield observation.
  • To switch between modes, adjust the condenser. Note that this darkfield microscope is specifically designed for researching live blood.

6.7 LCD Monitor and E-Eyepiece Usage

  • The 7-inch LCD display provides a direct view of the specimen, allowing for easier observation and sharing without eye strain.
  • The 5MP E-eyepiece can be connected to a computer via USB to display images on a larger screen or capture photos/videos.

6.8 Constant Temperature Function

  • Das Mikroskop stage features a constant temperature function, allowing adjustment of the stage's temperature from 0-50 degrees Celsius. This is useful for observing temperature-sensitive specimens.

7. Wartung

  • Linsenreinigung: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and lens cleaning solution to gently wipe objective lenses and eyepieces. Avoid excessive pressure.
  • Reinigung des Körpers: Wischen Sie das Mikroskopgehäuse mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch ab.amp Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Chemikalien.
