3. Aufbau und Montage

Follow these steps to assemble your TaskStar TS8000 backpack sprayer before first use.

3.1 Attaching the Strainer and Lid

  1. Insert the screen filter (strainer) into the tank opening.
  2. Securely screw on the wide mouth lid.

3.2 Zusammenbau der Sprühlanze

  1. Attach the spray gun handle to the hose.
  2. Connect the extendable spray rod to the spray gun handle. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  3. Select your desired nozzle and attach it to the end of the spray rod.

3.3 Attaching the Shoulder Straps

  1. Locate the attachment points on the sprayer tank.
  2. Securely fasten the shoulder straps to these points.
  3. Adjust the straps for a comfortable fit when wearing the backpack sprayer.

4. Laden des Akkus

The TaskStar TS8000 comes with two 12V 4000mAh Li-ion batteries and a charger. Ensure batteries are fully charged before use for optimal performance.

  1. Open the battery compartment on the side of the sprayer.
  2. Remove a battery from the compartment.

5. Bedienung

Before operating, ensure the battery is charged and the sprayer is correctly assembled.

5.1 Füllen des Tanks

  1. Unscrew the wide mouth lid and remove the strainer.
  2. Pour the desired solution into the 4-gallon translucent tank, using the scale for accurate measurement.
  3. Replace the strainer and securely screw the lid back on.

  • The sprayer features a variable PSI pressure adjuster (80-100 PSI). Turn the knob to increase or decrease spray pressure.
  • Different nozzles provide various spray patterns (e.g., mist, stream). Change nozzles as needed for your application.

6. Wartung

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your sprayer.

  • After each use, empty any remaining solution from the tank.
