Setup und Installation
Follow these steps for a secure installation. A drill mounting template and all necessary hardware are included. For concrete walls, 10x50mm concrete anchors may be required; contact customer service if not included.
- Step 1: Attach TV Brackets to TV. Secure the TV brackets to the back of your television using the appropriate screws and spacers provided. Ensure the brackets are aligned with your TV's VESA mounting holes.
- Step 2: Install Wall Plate.
- Locate wood studs using a stud finder or mark positions for concrete/brick wall anchors.
- Use the provided drill mounting template to mark pilot holes on the wall.
- Drill pilot holes and securely fasten the wall plate to the wall using the lag bolts. Ensure the wall plate is level using a spirit level.
- Step 3: Hang TV on Wall Plate. Carefully lift the TV (with brackets attached) and hook it onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the mount.
- Step 4: Secure TV to Mount. Use the quick-release straps or locking screws to secure the TV to the wall plate, preventing accidental dislodgement.

This full motion TV mount allows for flexible viewAnpassungen:
- Neigungseinstellung: Tilt your TV up 5° and down 12° to reduce glare and find the perfect vertical viewing-Winkel.
- Schwenkeinstellung: Swivel your TV left or right up to 45° to view from different seating positions.
- Aus- und Einfahren: Extend the TV up to 13.89 inches from the wall or retract it back to 2.58 inches to save space.
- Nivellierung nach der Installation: Fine-tune the TV's level by ±4° after installation for a perfectly straight display.

Wartung
To ensure the longevity and safe operation of your TV wall mount:

Fehlerbehebung
Sollten Sie Probleme mit Ihrer TV-Wandhalterung haben, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden gängigen Lösungsansätze:
- Der Fernseher ist nicht waagerecht: Use the post-installation leveling adjustment feature (±4°) to correct the tilt. Ensure the wall plate was installed level initially.
- Die Halterung fühlt sich locker an: Re-check all mounting screws and bolts on both the wall plate and the TV brackets. Ensure they are tightened securely.
- Difficulty adjusting movement (swivel/tilt/extension): The bolts controlling the articulating arms may be too tight. Loosen them slightly to allow for smoother movement, then re-tighten to the desired tension.
- TV not securely attached to wall plate: Ensure the quick-release straps or locking screws are properly engaged after hanging the TV.
