Aufstellen

Anpassung des Kopfbandes

Adjust the headband to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit. The adjustable headband is equipped with breathable padding to reduce pressure points. Use the rear knob to tighten or loosen the fit around your head. The helmet also features 130° adjustability for optimal positioning.

Einlegen der Batterie

The helmet is powered by solar cells and a replaceable CR2450 lithium battery. Ensure the battery is correctly installed according to the polarity markings. The solar cells help extend battery life.

Cheater Lens / Magnifying Lens

The helmet features a compatible design for cheater lenses or magnifying lenses. These can be easily installed to enhance visibility for users requiring magnification.

Bedienungsanleitung

Modusauswahl

The helmet supports both Weld Mode (TIG/MIG/ARC) and Grind Mode. Select the appropriate mode using the external controls on the helmet.

Shade and Sensitivity Adjustment

In Weld Mode, the dark state level can be adjusted from DIN 4/9-13. Use the external knob to fine-tune the shade level according to your welding process and amperage. Adjust the sensitivity to ensure the helmet darkens appropriately to the arc intensity.

Auto-Darkening Function

The helmet's 4 premium arc sensors detect the welding arc and automatically darken the lens within 1/25000 seconds, protecting your eyes instantly. The true color technology maintains clear visibility in both light and dark states.

Wartung

Reinigung

Regularly clean the helmet's outer and inner protective lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the lens coating. Keep the helmet free from dust and debris.

Linsenersatz

The helmet comes with 3 replacement lenses. Replace the outer and inner protective lenses when they become scratched, pitted, or otherwise damaged to maintain optimal visibility and protection. Refer to the included user manual for detailed instructions on lens replacement.

Batterieprüfung

Periodically check the CR2450 lithium battery. Replace it when necessary to ensure reliable auto-darkening function. The solar cells assist in charging, but the battery may still require replacement over time.

Fehlerbehebung

• Helmet not darkening: Check battery level and ensure it's properly installed. Verify arc sensors are clean and unobstructed. Adjust sensitivity settings.
• Inconsistent darkening: Ensure consistent arc stability. Clean arc sensors. Check for proper mode selection.
