2. Sicherheitshinweise

• Montage erforderlich: This chair requires assembly. Always follow the provided assembly instructions carefully.
• Gewichtsbeschränkung: Do not exceed the maximum recommended weight of 150 kg (330 lbs).

4. Montageanleitung

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your BAKAJI office chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Räder an der Basis befestigen: Insert each of the five wheels into the openings at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Gasliftzylinder einsetzen: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the 5-star base. Ensure it is seated securely.
3. Armlehnen am Sitz befestigen: Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat. Secure them using the provided screws and Allen key. Do not overtighten.
4. Rückenlehne am Sitz befestigen: Connect the backrest to the seat using the designated mounting points and hardware. Ensure a firm connection.
5. Sitzbaugruppe mit Gasdruckfeder verbinden: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the central mechanism aligns with the top of the cylinder. Apply gentle downward pressure to secure.
6. Endkontrolle: Verify that all screws are tightened and all components are securely in place before using the chair.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

Your BAKAJI office chair offers several adjustable features to customize your seating experience.

• Höhenverstellung: To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat.
  • Zum Anheben des Sitzes: Heben Sie den Hebel an, während Sie Ihr Gewicht vom Sitz nehmen. Der Sitz hebt sich automatisch.
  • Zum Absenken des Sitzes: Heben Sie den Hebel an, während Sie sitzen bleiben. Der Sitz senkt sich unter Ihrem Gewicht ab.
• Schwenkfunktion: The chair is equipped with a 360° swivel mechanism, allowing for easy rotation in any direction. Simply rotate the seat as desired.
• Neigungs-/Rückenverstellfunktion: The chair features a single recline position. To recline, pull the lever on the left side, beneath the seat, outwards. Lean back to recline. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
• Lordosenstütze: The chair's backrest is ergonomically designed to provide integrated lumbar support, promoting a correct posture and reducing spinal pressure. This feature is fixed and not user-adjustable.

6. Wartung und Pflege

• Reinigung: Wischen Sie den Stuhl regelmäßig mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch ab.amp cloth. For ecopelle (faux leather) surfaces, use a mild soap solution if necessary, then wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Inspektion: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Retighten if loose to maintain stability and safety.
• Radpflege: Um eine reibungslose Bewegung zu gewährleisten, sollten die Räder frei von Haaren und Schmutz sein.
• Vermeiden Sie direktes Sonnenlicht: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the ecopelle material to fade or crack.

7. Fehlerbehebung

Sollten Sie Probleme mit Ihrem Stuhl haben, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden gängigen Lösungsansätze:

• Stuhlknarren: Check all bolted connections and tighten them. A small amount of silicone spray on moving metal parts (avoiding the gas lift cylinder) may help.
• Höhenverstellung funktioniert nicht: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged or disengaged as required. If the gas lift cylinder is faulty, it may need replacement.
• Der Stuhl fühlt sich instabil an: Verify that all wheels are securely inserted into the base and that the gas lift cylinder is properly seated. Check all assembly screws for tightness.
