1. Einrichtung

1.1 Auspacken und erste Inspektion

Nehmen Sie alle Komponenten vorsichtig aus der Verpackung. Stellen Sie sicher, dass folgende Teile vorhanden sind:

Inspect the speaker for any visible damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact Brane Audio customer support.

1.2 Aufladen des Lautsprechers

Before first use, fully charge your Brane X speaker. Connect the provided power cable to the speaker's power input port and then to a standard electrical outlet. The charging indicator lights will provide status updates. A full charge provides approximately 12 hours of playback at moderate volume.

1.3 Erstes Einschalten

Press and hold the power button located on the rear of the speaker until the indicator lights illuminate. The speaker will enter pairing mode or connect to the last known device.

1.4 Brane Mobile App Installation

For full functionality and advanced features, download the Brane mobile app from your device's app store. The app allows for customizable sound profiles, wireless grouping, and more.

1.5 Konnektivitätsoptionen

• W-lan: For smart assistant integration and diverse streaming options, connect the speaker to your Wi-Fi network via the Brane mobile app.
• Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on your device and select 'Brane X' from the list of available devices to pair.
• 3.5 mm AUX: Use a standard 3.5mm audio cable to connect external devices such as turntables or MP3 players to the AUX port on the rear of the speaker.

The Brane X features intuitive touch controls on its top surface and voice control capabilities. Indicator lights provide visual feedback on status and settings.

The Brane X supports various audio configurations:

• Stereomodus: Connect two Brane X speakers via the Brane mobile app for a true stereo sound experience.
• Multi-room Party Mode: Group up to eight Brane speakers wirelessly using the Brane mobile app to play synchronized audio across multiple rooms.
• Soundbar Mode: Utilize the speaker as a soundbar for your television.

3. Wartung

3.1 Reinigung

To clean the Brane X speaker, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the speaker. For the mesh grille, a soft brush can be used to gently remove dust.

3.2 Wasserdichtigkeit (Schutzart IP57)

The Brane X is IP57 rated, meaning it is fully waterproof and can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. While designed for outdoor use and splashes, avoid prolonged submersion. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.

3.3 Speicherung

Bei längerer Nichtbenutzung sollte der Lautsprecher an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort, geschützt vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und extremen Temperaturen, aufbewahrt werden. Um die Akkuleistung zu erhalten, wird empfohlen, den Akku vor der Lagerung vollständig aufzuladen.
