3. Einrichtung und Installation

3.1 Physische Installation

The PNI IP744 camera is designed for indoor use and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface using its adjustable stand.

3.2 App-Installation und erste Verbindung

1. Laden Sie die App herunter: Suchen nach "Tris Home" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and download the dedicated application.
2. Benutzerkonto erstellen: Open the Tris Home app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
3. Gerät hinzufügen: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Follow the prompts to connect your PNI IP744 camera to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering Wi-Fi credentials.
4. Installation der microSD-Karte (optional): If you wish to use local storage, insert a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the camera before powering it on or after initial setup.

4. Bedienung der Kamera

4.1 Live View und Aufzeichnung

Once connected, open the Tris Home app to access the live video feed from your camera. You can initiate manual recordings or capture screenshots directly from the app interface.

4.2 Bewegungserkennung

The camera features intelligent motion detection. You can configure detection sensitivity and alert notifications within the Tris Home app. When motion is detected, the camera can send alerts to your smartphone and initiate recording.

4.3 Zwei-Wege-Audio

Use the two-way audio feature to communicate through the camera. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and the camera's built-in speaker will broadcast your voice. The integrated microphone allows you to hear audio from the camera's environment.

4.4 Nachtsicht

The PNI IP744 is equipped with 2 IR LEDs and 2 white LEDs, providing clear color images at night. The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, with a night vision range of up to 10 meters.

5. Wartung

• Reinigung: Reinigen Sie Objektiv und Gehäuse der Kamera vorsichtig mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch. Vermeiden Sie die Verwendung von scharfen Chemikalien oder Scheuermitteln.

Kamera verbindet sich nicht mit WLAN:

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr WLAN-Netzwerk mit 2.4 GHz arbeitet. Die Kamera unterstützt keine 5-GHz-Netzwerke.
• Prüfen Sie, ob das WLAN-Passwort in der App korrekt eingegeben wurde.

• Reset the camera using the reset button (refer to Image 3.3 for location) and try the setup process again.

Schlechte Bildqualität:

MicroSD card not recording:
