4. Bedienungsanleitung

The Robertshaw 7000MVRLC-LP valve features a manual control knob with three positions: OFF, PILOT, and ON.

1. To Turn On Pilot: Rotate the control knob to the PILOT position. Press and hold the knob while lighting the pilot flame. Continue to hold for approximately 30-60 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and hold the pilot flame. Release the knob slowly. If the pilot goes out, repeat the process.
2. To Turn On Main Burner: Once the pilot is lit and stable, rotate the control knob to the ON position. The main burner should ignite.
3. Ausschalten: Rotate the control knob to the OFF position. This will shut off both the main burner and the pilot flame.

4.1 Pilot Adjustment

If the pilot flame requires adjustment, locate the pilot adjustment screw (refer to Figure 2). Using a small screwdriver, turn the screw clockwise to decrease the pilot flame size or counter-clockwise to increase it. Adjust for a stable, blue pilot flame that adequately impinges on the thermocouple.
