5. Operating Instructions (Mixing and Application)
5.1. Mischen
The FinishX FC2000 Clear Coat and FC2010 Fast Activator are designed for a 2:1 mixing ratio by volume.

5.2. Geltung
Apply the clear coat using a suitable spray gun.
- Coats: Apply 2 to 3 medium wet coats.
- Flash Off Time: Allow 5-10 minutes flash off time between coats at 68°F (20°C). Adjust flash time based on temperature and humidity.
- Gun Cleaning: Clean your spray gun immediately after use with appropriate gun cleaner.
5.3. Drying Times (Fast Activator)
Drying times are approximate and depend on temperature, humidity, and film thickness.
- Dust Free: 15-20 minutes at 68°F (20°C).

6. Wartung
To maintain the high-gloss finish and durability of your clear coat:
- Waschen: Wait at least 72 hours after full cure before washing the vehicle. Use a pH-neutral car wash soap and soft microfiber towels.
- Wachsen/Versiegeln: After the clear coat has fully cured (typically 30 days), you may apply a high-quality wax or paint sealant for additional protection and gloss enhancement.
- Vermeiden Sie aggressive Chemikalien: Do not use abrasive cleaners, strong solvents, or harsh chemicals on the clear-coated surface.
