4. Installation

The Kutchina Scott 90 Chimney is designed for wall-mount installation. For optimal performance and safety, professional installation is strongly recommended.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

Your Kutchina Scott 90 Chimney features intuitive touch controls and a wave sensor for ease of use.

5.1. Ein-/Ausschalten

Press the power symbol on the touch control panel to turn the chimney on or off.

5.2. Suction Speed Control

The chimney offers 3 speed settings to adjust suction power according to your cooking needs. Use the speed control buttons on the touch panel to cycle through low, medium, and high settings.

5.3. Touch Control Operation

The control panel is equipped with sensitive touch buttons for various functions, including power, speed adjustment, and light control. Gently tap the desired icon to activate the function.

5.4. Wave Sensor Operation

For hands-free operation, the chimney includes a wave sensor. Simply wave your hand in front of the sensor area to activate or adjust certain functions, such as turning the chimney on/off or changing suction speed. Refer to the specific icons on the control panel for wave sensor compatible functions.

5.5. LED Lamp Kontrolle

The chimney is equipped with a 1W bright LED lamp to illuminate your cooking area. Press the light symbol on the touch control panel to turn the light on or off.

6. Wartung

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Kutchina Scott 90 Chimney.

6.1. 3rd Generation Dry Autoclean Function

The chimney features an advanced 3rd generation dry autoclean technology. To activate, press the 'Autoclean' button on the control panel. This function heats the internal components to melt and collect grease, ensuring hassle-free maintenance. It is recommended to run the autoclean cycle periodically, depending on your cooking frequency.

6.2. Oil Collector Cleaning

The melted grease from the autoclean cycle is collected in a removable oil collector tray. Regularly check and empty this tray. To clean, carefully remove the oil collector, dispose of the grease, and wash the tray with warm soapy water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
