Einführung
This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your ASUS 14" FHD Laptop. Please read this guide thoroughly to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

Aufstellen
1. Erstes Einschalten
- Netzteil anschließen: Stecken Sie den Netzadapter in den Stromanschluss des Laptops und anschließend in eine Steckdose.
- Laptop öffnen: Gently lift the display lid.
- Einschalten: Press the power button, usually located on the top-right of the keyboard.
- Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm: Complete the Windows 11 Home setup process, including language, region, network connection, and user account creation.
2. Windows 11 S Mode
Your laptop comes with Windows 11 Home in S mode, which is designed for security and performance by exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you require applications outside the Microsoft Store, you can switch out of S mode. This is a one-way switch.
- To switch out of S mode, go to Settings > System > Activation. In the "Switch to Windows 11 Home" section, select Gehe zum Geschäft. On the page that appears, select the Erhalten Taste.
Bedienung Ihres Laptops
1. Tastatur und Touchpad
The laptop features a full-size keyboard and a responsive touchpad for navigation. The touchpad supports multi-touch gestures for enhanced control.

2. Anzeige
The 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS LED display offers clear visuals. Adjust brightness using the function keys (Fn + F5/F6) or through Windows settings.
3. WebKamera und Mikrofon
A 720p HD webcam and integrated microphone are located above the display, suitable for video calls and online meetings.
4. Audio-
The laptop includes integrated speakers. For private listening, connect headphones to the 3.5mm audio combo jack.

Your ASUS laptop provides various ports for connecting peripherals and external displays.
- USB-A 2.0: One port for connecting older USB devices.
- USB-A 3.2: One port for faster data transfer with compatible USB devices.
- USB-C 3.2: One reversible port for modern USB-C accessories and data transfer.

- Laden: Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the right side of the laptop.

Wartung

- Cleaning the Keyboard/Chassis: Use a soft, dry cloth. A can of compressed air can remove debris from between keys.

Fehlerbehebung
