4. Einrichtung
4.1 Einlegen der Batterie
- For the Scale: Locate the battery compartment on the back of the crane scale. Open the cover and insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery cover securely.
- Für die Fernbedienung: Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Open the cover and insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery cover securely.
4.2 Attaching the Scale
- Ensure the lifting ring is securely fastened to the top of the scale unit.
- Attach the crane scale to your lifting equipment (e.g., hoist, crane) using the lifting ring. Ensure the connection is stable and capable of supporting the maximum load.
- Verify that the bottom hook is securely attached to the scale unit.
5. Bedienungsanleitung
5.1 Ein-/Ausschalten
- So schalten Sie das Gerät ein: Drücken Sie die EIN/AUS button on the scale or the remote control. The LED display will light up and show '0.0' when ready.
- So schalten Sie das Gerät aus: Halten Sie die EIN/AUS Die Taste einige Sekunden lang gedrückt halten, bis sich das Display ausschaltet.
5.2 Wiegen
- Ensure the scale is powered on and displays '0.0'.
- Carefully attach the item to be weighed to the scale's hook.
- The weight will be displayed on the LED screen. Wait for the reading to stabilize.
5.3 Tara-Funktion
Mit der Tara-Funktion können Sie das Gewicht eines Behälters oder einer Verpackung abziehen, sodass nur das Nettogewicht des Artikels gemessen wird.
- Place the empty container or packaging on the hook.
- Drücken Sie die TARA/NULL button on the scale or remote control. The display will reset to '0.0'.
- Place the item to be weighed inside the container. The display will show the net weight of the item.
5.4 Einheitenumrechnung
The scale supports multiple measurement units: kg (kilograms), lb (pounds), N (Newtons), jin, and viss.
- Drücken Sie die EINHEIT button on the scale or remote control to cycle through the available units. The current unit will be indicated on the LED display.
5.5 Haltefunktion
The Hold function allows you to freeze the displayed weight reading.
- While weighing an item, press the HALTEN button on the scale or remote control. The displayed weight will be held, indicated by a 'HOLD' symbol on the screen.

6. Wartung
6.1 Reinigung
