1. Einleitung

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your ICECO TK450 Car Electric Kettle. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

4. Einrichtung und erste Verwendung

4.1 Erstreinigung

1. Before first use, wash the interior of the kettle and the tea infuser with warm, soapy water.
2. Mit klarem Wasser gründlich abspülen.
3. Wischen Sie die Außenseite mit adamp Tuch. Tauchen Sie den Wasserkocher nicht in Wasser.

4.2 Stromanschluss

1. Ensure the kettle is empty and clean.
2. Connect the DC power cord to the kettle's hidden socket.
3. Plug the other end of the DC power cord into your vehicle's 12V or 24V cigarette lighter socket. The kettle will automatically detect the voltage.

5. Bedienung

5.1 Den Kessel füllen

1. Open the lid and fill the kettle with water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
2. If using the tea infuser, place tea leaves into the infuser and insert it into the kettle before closing the lid.
3. Close the lid securely. The leak-proof design prevents spills even if tipped.

5.2 Temperatur einstellen

1. Once plugged in, the LED display will show the current water temperature.
2. Tap the button on the LED display to cycle through the 6 preset temperature options: 113°F (45°C), 131°F (55°C), 158°F (70°C), 176°F (80°C), 194°F (90°C), and 212°F (100°C).
3. The kettle will begin heating to the selected temperature.

5.3 Erwärmungsprozess

• The LED display will show the water temperature as it heats.
• Heating times vary depending on the initial water temperature and the selected target temperature. Boiling water (212°F/100°C) typically takes 25-30 minutes.
• The kettle will automatically shut off once the target temperature is reached.
• The low-power heating design helps protect your vehicle's battery.

5.4 Temperature Unit Toggle

Long-press the button on the LED display to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) temperature units.

6. Wartung und Reinigung

6.1 Regelmäßige Reinigung

1. Trennen Sie den Wasserkocher immer vom Netz und lassen Sie ihn vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn reinigen.
2. Wash the interior and tea infuser with warm, soapy water using the provided cleaning brush.
3. Gründlich ausspülen.
4. Wischen Sie die Außenseite mit adamp Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel oder Topfreiniger.

6.2 Entkalkung

Over time, mineral deposits (scale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Regular descaling is recommended to maintain performance.

1. Fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar, or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions.
2. Heat the solution to boiling (212°F/100°C).
3. Unplug the kettle and let the solution soak for 20-30 minutes.
4. Pour out the solution and rinse the interior thoroughly several times with fresh water.
5. Wipe away any remaining water or residue on the kettle surface.
