This digital endoscope is designed for detailed visual inspection in hard-to-reach areas, featuring a 4.5-inch IPS HD screen, a 5.5mm diameter lens with LED illumination, and an IP67 waterproof rating. Please read this manual carefully before operating the device to ensure proper use and maintenance.

2. Sicherheitshinweise

The Jauarta Industrial Borescope consists of a main display unit and a flexible camera probe. The main unit features a 4.5-inch IPS HD screen for clear viewing and control buttons for navigation, photo/video capture, and LED light adjustment. The camera probe is equipped with a 5.5mm lens and 6 adjustable LED lights.

5. Einrichtung

5.1 Aufladen des Geräts

1. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the borescope's main unit.
2. Stecken Sie das andere Ende des USB-Kabels in ein Standard-USB-Netzteil (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) oder in einen USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers.
3. The charging indicator will illuminate. Allow the device to charge fully before first use.

5.2 Einlegen einer Speicherkarte

To save photos and videos, a small memory card (MicroSD card) is required (not included).

1. Locate the memory card slot on the side of the main unit.
2. Schieben Sie die MicroSD-Karte vorsichtig mit den Kontakten nach unten in den Steckplatz, bis sie einrastet.

5.3 Anbringen von Zubehör

The hook, magnetic suction, and side lens accessories can be attached to the tip of the camera probe for specific inspection needs.

1. Ensure the camera probe is clean and dry.
2. Carefully slide the desired accessory onto the tip of the 5.5mm camera lens until it is securely fitted.
3. The side lens (mirror) is useful for viewing objects at a 90-degree angle.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

6.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

• So schalten Sie das Gerät ein: Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with an 'OK' or power symbol) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
• So schalten Sie das Gerät aus: Drücken und halten Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter erneut, bis sich der Bildschirm ausschaltet.

6.2 Navigation im Menü

Das Gerät verfügt über mehrere Bedienknöpfe:

• OK-/Ein-/Ausschalter: Powers the device on/off, confirms selections.
• Up/Zoom In Button: Navigates up in menus, zooms in during live view.
• Down/Zoom Out Button: Navigates down in menus, zooms out during live view.
• Photo/Video Mode Button: Switches between photo and video capture modes.
• LED Light Adjustment Button: Adjusts the brightness of the camera probe's LED lights.
• Menü-/Zurück-Taste: Öffnet das Hauptmenü oder kehrt zum vorherigen Bildschirm zurück.

6.3 Fotografieren und Videoaufnahmen

1. Power on the device. The live view from the camera probe will appear on the screen.
2. Drücken Sie die Photo/Video Mode Button to select either photo or video mode. An icon on the screen will indicate the current mode.
3. Drücken Sie im Fotomodus die OK-Taste to capture a still image.
4. Im Videomodus die Taste drücken OK-Taste Einmal drücken, um die Aufnahme zu starten, und erneut drücken, um die Aufnahme zu beenden.
5. All captured media will be saved to the inserted memory card.

6.4 Einstellen der LED-Lichthelligkeit

Die Kamerasonde verfügt über 6 verstellbare LED-Leuchten zur Ausleuchtung dunkler Inspektionsbereiche.

• Während des Live view, drücken Sie die LED Light Adjustment Button repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels.
• Select the brightness level that provides the clearest image for your inspection.

6.5 Using the IP67 Waterproof Probe

The camera probe is IP67 rated, allowing it to be submerged in water up to 1 meter for a limited time. The main unit is nicht wasserdicht.

• Ensure the connection between the camera probe and the main unit is secure.
• After use in wet conditions, clean and dry the probe thoroughly before storage.

7. Wartung

7.1 Reinigung

• Haupteinheit: Wipe the screen and body with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Kamerasonde: After use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the lens and cable with a soft, damp Tuch. Stellen Sie sicher, dass es vor der Lagerung vollständig trocken ist.
• Linse: For stubborn dirt on the lens, use a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth.

7.2 Speicherung

• Store the borescope and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• If not used for an extended period, charge the device periodically (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain battery health.
• Keep the camera probe cable neatly coiled to prevent kinks or damage.
