3. Einrichtung

3.1 Auspacken und Prüfen

Carefully unpack the M-Vave IR-Box and inspect it for any signs of damage. Ensure all included components are present.

3.2 Stromanschluss

The IR-Box can be powered by a DC 9V power supply (minimum 300mA, not included) or via USB 5V (minimum 300mA) from a computer or USB power adapter. Connect the appropriate power source to the pedal.

3.3 Audioverbindungen

Connect your instrument (guitar or bass) to the IN jack using a 1/4" TS instrument cable. Connect the AUS Klinke zu deinem amplifier, mixer, or audio interface using a 1/4" TS cable. 3.4 USB-Anschluss

Connect the pedal to your computer using the supplied USB-C data cable. This connection allows for firmware updates, software control, IR file customization, and preset management.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

Once connected to a power source, the pedal will automatically power on. There is no dedicated power switch. Disconnect the power source to turn off the unit.

4.2 Voreinstellungsauswahl

Verwenden Sie die '+' Und '-' buttons to navigate through the 32 available presets. The current preset number will be displayed on the screen.

4.3 Bypass Function

5. Modulation and Customization

The M-Vave IR-Box offers extensive customization options via its official software and mobile application. Connect the pedal to your computer via USB to access these features.

5.1 IR Module Customization

Within the software, you can customize IR files. The IR module supports 44.1 kHz 24-bit sampling rate and IR files mit 1024 sample points. This allows you to load your own impulse responses to further tailor your sound.

5.2 EQ Module

The official software and mobile app include a professional 9-segment equalizer module. This EQ allows you to fine-tune frequency ranges from 20 Hz to 18 kHz with a ±12 dB adjustment range, providing precise tonal control.

  • Standardmodus: The IR module is active, and the EQ module is deactivated.
  • Activating EQ: The EQ module can be manually activated via the software/app.
  • Independent EQ: If the IR module is deactivated, the EQ module can be used independently.

5.3 Preset-Verwaltung

The software allows for one-click import and export of presets, simplifying the process of sharing and backing up your customized settings.

6. Wartung

  • Reinigung: Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des Pedals mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch. Vermeiden Sie scheuernde Reiniger oder Lösungsmittel.

7. Fehlerbehebung
