4. Einrichtung
4.1 Erstes Aufladen der Powerbank
Before first use, fully charge your UGREEN Magflow Air Power Bank. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included). The LED indicators will show the charging progress. A full recharge takes approximately 1 hour and 37 minutes with a 20W power adapter.
5. Bedienungsanleitung
5.1 Charging Devices Wirelessly (Qi2 15W)
- Ensure your device is Qi2 compatible or MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12-17 series, or Qi-compatible Android smartphones).
- Align your device with the magnetic charging surface of the power bank. The strong magnets will securely attach the power bank to your device.
- Wireless charging will begin automatically. The dedicated magnetic wireless charging LED indicator on the power bank will illuminate.
The power bank provides up to 15W wireless charging. Slight heating of the phone and power bank during charging is normal.
5.2 Charging Devices Wired (20W PD)
- Connect your device to the power bank's USB-C port using a compatible USB-C charging cable.
- Charging will begin automatically, providing up to 20W Power Delivery fast charging.
5.3 Smart Dual Charging
The power bank supports charging two devices simultaneously, one wirelessly and one via the USB-C port. When both wireless and wired charging are used, wireless charging will be automatically disabled as the wired charging takes priority. To re-enable wireless charging, press the power button once.
5.4 Erhaltungslademodus
For charging low-power devices like smartwatches or Bluetooth earbuds, activate trickle charge mode. Press and hold the power button for three seconds to enter this mode. This provides enhanced protection for devices requiring lower charging currents.
6. Wartung
- Keep the power bank clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Remove any thick cases that might interfere with wireless charging. Press the power button once to activate wireless charging if it was disabled due to wired charging.
- Device not charging wired: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different USB-C cable if necessary.
- Power bank or device overheating: Slight warmth during charging is normal. If the device becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately. Ensure proper ventilation and avoid charging in direct sunlight or confined spaces. The power bank features multi-protection against overheating.
- Low charging speed: Ensure both the power bank and your device support fast charging protocols. Use a high-quality USB-C cable.
