1. Montage

  1. Remove the cover and food tank from the main unit.
  2. Take out all included internal accessories from the food tank.
  3. Switch the lock on the main unit to the "up" position to unlock.
  4. Install the food tank onto the main unit, ensuring it is securely seated.
  5. Close the cover by turning it clockwise until it locks.
  6. Place the main unit onto the bowl assembly with the stainless steel bowl inserted.

Open the lid and pour dry pet food into the 4L food tank. Ensure the kibble size is between 2mm and 15mm to prevent clogging.

1. Festlegung des Fütterungsplans

The feeder allows you to customize your pet's feeding routine with up to 6 meals per day and up to 30 portions per meal (approximately 10g per portion).

2. Slow Feed Mode

To prevent fast eating, gulping, bloating, and digestive discomfort, activate the Slow Feed mode. This dispenses food gradually over a longer period. Consult the full user manual for instructions on enabling this feature.

3. Sprachaufzeichnungsfunktion

Record a 10-second voice message to call your pet at meal times. Your familiar voice can provide comfort and reduce separation anxiety.

  1. Press and hold the record button (usually indicated by a microphone icon) until you hear a beep.

2. Recommended Food Types

The feeder is suitable for dry kibble, freeze-dried food, and air-dried food. Ensure the pellet size is between 2mm and 15mm. Do not use pellets larger than 15mm, as they may cause clogging. Wet food is not compatible with this feeder.
