3.2 Automatic Tamping

- Fill the stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy).
- Turn the steam knob to activate the steam wand. Allow a few seconds for steam to build.
- Submerge the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk. Angle the pitcher to create a swirling motion.
- Heat and texture the milk until it reaches the desired temperature and consistency.
