5. Einrichtung

1. Auspacken: Entnehmen Sie vorsichtig alle Komponenten aus der Verpackung.
2. Erstreinigung: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line, boil it, and discard the water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residue.

6. Bedienungsanleitung

• Remove the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water.
• Do not fill below the MIN line or above the MAX line (0.9L capacity).

1. Place the kettle onto the power base. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Rotate the knob on the power base to select your desired temperature. The display shows the current water temperature and the set temperature.
3. Press the 'Start' button (the knob itself) to begin heating. The heating icon will appear on the display.

6.3 Using the Keep Warm Function

• After the water reaches the set temperature, the kettle will automatically enter 'HOLD' mode, indicated by the 'HOLD' icon on the display.
• The kettle will maintain the set temperature for up to 2 hours.
• To deactivate 'HOLD' mode, press the 'HOLD' button or lift the kettle from the base.

6.4 Using the Brew Stopwatch

• To activate the brew stopwatch, press the 'TIMER' button.
• The timer will start counting up, allowing you to precisely time your pour-over brewing process.
• Press the 'TIMER' button again to pause or reset the stopwatch.

6.5 Temperature Unit Conversion (F/C)

• To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), press the 'F/C' button on the power base.

7. Wartung und Reinigung

7.1 Cleaning the Kettle

• Trennen Sie den Wasserkocher immer vom Netz und lassen Sie ihn vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn reinigen.
