Aufladen des Massagegeräts
Before initial use, fully charge the massager for 5 hours. For subsequent uses, charge for 2-3 hours. A flashing red light on the remote indicates that charging is needed. The red light will flash during charging and remain solid red when fully charged. This product cannot be operated during charging.

Bedienungsanleitung
The AERLANG massager features a multi-function remote control for easy operation.
- Ein-/Ausschalten: Drücken Sie die EIN/AUS Knopf zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Massagegeräts.
- Drehung: The massager features bi-directional rotation. Press the DREHUNG button to change the direction of the kneading nodes. The rotation direction automatically changes every few minutes during operation.
- Intensität: Select from three adjustable intensity settings (Low/Medium/High) by pressing the INTENSITÄT Taste.
- Wärmefunktion: Activate the soothing heat function by pressing the HITZE button. The massager offers two adjustable heat levels and dual heating zones for both neck and back.
Empfohlene Verwendung
- Place the massager on the desired body area: neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, waist, arm, thigh, or calf.
- For safety, do not use the massager for more than 15 minutes at a time. The device will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of continuous use.
