To ensure safe operation and prolong the life of your treadmill, please read all instructions carefully before use. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Stellen Sie das Laufband immer auf eine ebene, stabile Fläche.

Einrichtung und Montage

The BORGUSI Incline Treadmill is designed for quick setup. Most of the unit comes pre-assembled.

Auspacken

Nehmen Sie das Laufband vorsichtig aus der Verpackung. Legen Sie alle Teile auf eine freie, ebene Fläche.

Lenkermontage

  1. Lift the handlebar frame to its upright position.
  2. Secure the handlebar using the 4 provided knobs. Ensure they are tightened firmly to prevent wobbling.

Bedienungsanleitung

Ein-/Ausschalten

  • Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet and then to the treadmill.
  • Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter, der sich in der Nähe der Vorderseite des Laufbands befindet, in die Position „EIN“.
  • Stecken Sie den Sicherheitsschlüssel in den dafür vorgesehenen Schlitz an der Konsole. Das Laufband funktioniert nicht ohne eingesetzten Sicherheitsschlüssel.
  • Press the 'START' button on the console to begin your workout.

Geschwindigkeitsanpassung

Adjust your speed using the '+' and '-' buttons on the console. The treadmill offers a speed range from 0.5 MPH to 7.5 MPH.

Manuelle Neigungsverstellung

This treadmill features two manual incline settings: 1° and 4°. To adjust the incline, you must manually lift the rear of the treadmill and secure the support legs into the desired incline position before starting your workout. Do not adjust incline while the treadmill is in motion.

Voreingestellte Programme

The treadmill includes 24 preset programs (P1-P24) designed to vary speed and intensity. Select a program using the 'PROGRAM' button on the console. Refer to the display for program details.

Nutzungsmodi

The treadmill supports three primary usage modes:

  • Walking Model: 0.5-2.5 Meilen pro Stunde
  • Jogging Model: 2.5-4 Meilen pro Stunde
  • Laufendes Modell: 4-7.5 Meilen pro Stunde

Wartung

Regelmäßige Wartung gewährleistet die Langlebigkeit und optimale Leistung Ihres Laufbands.

Reinigung

  • Wischen Sie das Laufband nach jeder Benutzung mit einem Desinfektionsmittel ab.amp Tuch, um Schweiß und Staub zu entfernen.
  • Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel oder Lösungsmittel, da diese die Oberfläche beschädigen können.

Schmierung

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. Use the provided lubricant or a silicone-based treadmill lubricant.

  1. Stecken Sie das Laufband aus.
  2. Loosen the running belt by turning the rear roller bolts counter-clockwise.
  3. Eine kleine Menge Schmiermittel gleichmäßig unter der Mitte des Laufbandes auftragen.
  4. Tighten the running belt by turning the rear roller bolts clockwise until the belt is taut but not overly tight.
  5. Run the treadmill at a low speed for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.

Riemeneinstellung

Wenn das Laufband zur Seite verrutscht oder durchrutscht, muss es möglicherweise nachjustiert werden.

  • Riemenzentrierung: If the belt drifts to the left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise in quarter-turn increments. If it drifts to the right, turn the right rear roller bolt clockwise. Run the treadmill for a few minutes after each adjustment until the belt is centered.
  • Gurtspannung: If the belt slips during use, it may be too loose. Turn both rear roller bolts clockwise in quarter-turn increments until the slipping stops. Do not overtighten.
