Sports Attack warrants the machine for five (5) years from the date of original purchase for institutional and residential use, and one (1) year for commercial environments. Throwing wheels, motors, and electronic controllers are warranted for two (2) years.

The machine requires a generator capable of providing clean electricity (inverter technology) of a minimum of 1000 watts at 120 or 220 volts 60hz.
Turn the power off and unplug the machine. Dampen a rag with soap and water and scrub the wheels to remove grass and dirt buildup. For heavy buildup, a synthetic scouring pad can be used sparingly.
If you are not satisfied, the machine can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
