Lectron support FAQ

Häufig gestellte Fragen zu Handbüchern, Registrierung und Support für diese Marke.

  • How do I adjust the charging current on my Lectron portable charger?

For smart portable chargers, ensure the device is powered on and active. Use the Lectron App to select your desired current level (e.g., 8A, 12A, 15A). Note that adjustments can typically only be made via the app.

  • What should I do if my charger is not working or the indicator lights are off?

First, check your circuit breaker and ensure the outlet has power by testing it with another device. Verify the charger module is fully inserted into the wall outlet. If the issue persists, contact Lectron support.

  • Is the Lectron Vortex adapter compatible with Level 2 chargers?

No. The Lectron Vortex NACS to CCS adapter is designed exclusively for DC fast charging (Superchargers). For Level 1 or Level 2 AC charging on Tesla connectors, you should use a Tesla to J1772 adapter.

  • How do I reset my Lectron portable charger?

Disconnect the charger from WiFi and the vehicle. Plug and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet at least seven times within 30 seconds. Wait for the indicator lights to cycle properly each time before unplugging.

  • Can I use Lectron chargers outdoors?

Many Lectron chargers and adapters are built with IP-rated weatherproofing (e.g., IP54, IP65/67), making them resistant to dust and water splashes. However, always check your specific model's manual for operating temperature ranges and exposure limits.
