4. Bedienelemente

4.1 Soundbar Control Panel

The control panel is located on the top of the soundbar.

1. Power Button (★): Press to power the soundbar on or off.
2. Input Mode Button (★): Press to switch between input channels: eARC, Bluetooth (BT), Optical (OPT), Auxiliary (AUX), USB.
3. Bluetooth Button (★): Press to switch to BT channel and enter pairing mode.

4. OPT Button (★): Switch to Optical channel.
5. AUX Button (★): Switch to AUX channel.
6. EQ Button (★): Switch among Movie, Dialogue, Music modes. Display shows: "E901", "E902", "E903".
7. USB Button (★): Switch to USB channel.

10. Previous Button (★): Skip to previous track (BT and USB modes).

5. Einrichtung und Verbindung

5.1 Connecting to TV via eARC / ARC

Your TV's HDMI port needs to support eARC to transmit the Dolby Atmos audio format to your Soundbar.

1. Verbinden Sie ein Ende des HDMI-Kabels mit dem eARC/ARC-Anschluss auf der Rückseite Ihres Fernsehers.
2. Connect the other end to the eARC port of the soundbar.

Note on Audio Output Settings:

• For Dolby Atmos content: Set the audio output on your TV to Durchlaufen (TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > Pass Through).
• For DTS content: Set the audio output on your TV to PCM (TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM).

HDMI IN vs. HDMI ARC vs. HDMI eARC:

• HDMI-IN: Standard input for audio/video, no ARC/eARC functionality.
• HDMI-ARC: Supports two-way communication for audio between TV and sound system.
• HDMI-eARC: An updated version of HDMI ARC, supporting higher quality audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.

Ensure the "CEC" function is enabled on your TV. When eARC/ARC is connected, your TV remote can control the soundbar and TV simultaneously for power on/off and volume adjustment.

5.2 Connecting to TV via Optical / AUX

Option 1: Optische Verbindung

1. Ensure your TV's port is labeled OPTICAL OUT. Connect both ends of the optical cable to the OPTICAL ports on your TV and soundbar.
2. Ensure the optical plug is inserted correctly. Do not force the plug or insert it upside down to avoid damage.

Option 2: AUX-Anschluss

1. Connect the 3.5mm to 3.5mm Audio Cable to your TV's AUDIO OUT port.
2. The soundbar does not support AUDIO IN port on TV.

Notiz: If there is no sound in Optical mode, try setting the TV audio output to PCM (TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM).

5.3 Verbinden über Bluetooth

1. Press the Bluetooth button (★) on the soundbar or remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone/device, find and select "Poseidon D60" to connect to the soundbar.

Notiz: If the device is already in Bluetooth mode and connected, press and hold the Bluetooth button (★) for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and manually connect to a new device.

5.4 Connecting Subwoofer and Surround Speakers

1. Use the 6m RCA-RCA cables to connect the subwoofer and surround speakers. Match the same color interfaces on the surround speakers with the corresponding ones on the subwoofer.
2. Use the power cable to connect your subwoofer to a power port.

The subwoofer is pre-paired with the soundbar by ULTIMEA. However, if there is no sound from the subwoofer, you may need to re-pair them:

1. Press and hold the "BASSMX" button on the remote control for 5 seconds. The display will show "Sub" flashing.
2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds. The white LED will flash rapidly.
3. The white LED will become solid when the subwoofer is successfully paired.

For an optimal listening experience, choose one of the following placement options based on your home environment. The soundbar and surround speakers should be placed at or near ear level.

• Optimaler Klang: For the best Dolby Atmos experience, ensure your TV's HDMI port supports eARC and set the audio output to 'Pass Through'. For DTS content, use 'PCM' output.
