2. Packungsinhalt
Before assembly, please ensure all parts are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer service.

3. Aufbau und Montage
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your office chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
Assemble the Base and Casters
Insert the five casters (F) into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base (E). Push firmly until they click into place.

Place the gas lift (D) into the center hole of the assembled base (E).
Attach the Mechanism to the Seat Cushion
Align the mechanism (G) with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion (B). Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure it with the appropriate screws (H) using the provided Allen wrench (I).

Attach the two armrests (C) to the sides of the seat cushion (B) using the designated screws (H). Do not overtighten the screws initially to allow for minor adjustments.

Align the backrest (A) with the mounting points on the seat cushion (B) and armrests (C). Secure it with the remaining screws (H). Once all screws are in place, tighten all screws firmly.

Carefully place the assembled seat, backrest, and armrest unit onto the gas lift (D) that is already inserted into the base. The tapered hole in the mechanism should fit securely over the top of the gas lift.
4. Bedienungsanleitung
Your Costway office chair offers several adjustable features to customize your seating experience.
Sitzhöhenverstellung
To adjust the seat height, pull up the lever located on the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair to raise it, or while seated to lower it. Release the lever at your desired height.

The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To engage or disengage the rocking function, pull the lever (same as height adjustment lever) outwards or push it inwards. To adjust the tension of the rocking motion, rotate the round knob located underneath the seat. Rotate clockwise to increase tension (stiffer rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rock).

The chair is designed with adjustable lumbar support to help alleviate body fatigue and provide comfort to your lower back. Adjust the lumbar support to your preferred position for optimal ergonomic benefit.

The armrests are adjustable to suit your comfort needs. Press the button on the side of the armrest and slide it up or down to your desired height. Release the button to lock it in place.
5. Wartung

Reinigung
For the mesh backrest and fabric seat, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the metal base and plastic parts, wipe with a damp Tuch.

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Schrauben und Bolzen auf festen Sitz. Ziehen Sie sie gegebenenfalls nach, um Wackeln oder Instabilität zu vermeiden.
Caster Care
Keep the casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling. You may occasionally lubricate the caster axles with a silicone-based spray if they become stiff.
6. Fehlerbehebung

Chair is Wobbly
Check all assembly screws and bolts, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests. Tighten any loose fasteners. Ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the base and mechanism.
Gas Lift Not Adjusting Height
Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged or disengaged. If the gas lift still doesn't work, it may be faulty and require replacement. Contact customer support for assistance.
Rollen rollen nicht reibungslos
Inspect casters for trapped debris like hair or lint. Clean them thoroughly. If they are still stiff, a small amount of lubricant (e.g., silicone spray) on the axle might help. Ensure the casters are fully inserted into the base.
Stuhl quietscht
Squeaking often indicates loose connections. Retighten all screws. A small amount of lubricant applied to moving parts (e.g., where the mechanism connects to the seat, or where the backrest connects) can also help.
