4. Einrichtung

4.1 Attaching Bonnets

The WEN 6010 uses elasticized bonnets that fit over the foam pad. To attach a bonnet, simply stretch it over the 6-inch foam pad until it is securely in place. Ensure the bonnet is centered and smooth to prevent uneven application.

4.2 Stromanschluss

Connect the power cord to a standard 120V AC outlet. Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging in the tool.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Allgemeine Bedienung

Apply a small amount of wax or polish directly to the surface or to the applicator bonnet. Place the polisher flat on the surface before turning it on. Use the lockable ON/OFF switch to start the tool. Guide the polisher with light, even pressure across the surface in overlapping passes. The random orbital action helps prevent swirl marks and ensures an even finish.

5.2 Ergonomic Handling

The contoured design allows for comfortable single or two-handed operation, reducing fatigue during extended use. Maintain a firm grip on the tool for optimal control.

6.1 Reinigung des Geräts

After each use, unplug the polisher and wipe down the exterior with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure no liquids enter the motor housing.

6.2 Replacing Bonnets

Bonnets should be cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain optimal performance. To remove a bonnet, simply peel it off the foam pad. Replace with a clean applicator or terry cloth bonnet as needed. Ensure replacement bonnets are 6-inch in diameter.

6.3 Speicherung

Store the WEN 6010 in a clean, dry place, out of reach of children. Ensure the power cord is neatly wrapped and not kinked.

7. Fehlerbehebung

• Poor polishing/waxing results: Ensure the bonnet is clean and properly attached. Use appropriate wax or polish for the surface. Apply light, even pressure and consistent movement.
